Colleen was a phenomenal agent. She helped out in more ways than expected and walked us through the entire process from what to expect and when to expect it. She was very familiar with the area and ALWAYS responded in a timely manner.

Colleen is great! We have worked with Colleen through two home purchases as well as rental properties. She is truly knowledgeable and always made sure we had all of our questions answered. Her ability to connect with us and exactly what we wanted was very comforting because the "house hunt" proved to be very stressful.
